Reporting Changes to Your Academic RecordWhile you are expected to complete all planned and in-progress courses listed on your application and continue to earn strong grades, we understand that sometimes students’ situations change. You must notify us of any changes to your schedule or any classes not passed (a grade less than "C"). Please submit all explanations and changes to MyAdmissions. Changing Your MajorMany students change their majors at least once during their time at UC Davis. Admitted students may request a change of major after their first quarter at UC Davis. Major changes are granted at the discretion of academic departments and colleges. Most majors require that you complete program-specific requirements before entering the major. Additionally, many selective majors require that you fulfill substantial prerequisite coursework and maintain a certain GPA before applying for a change. In some cases, it may be impossible for you to change to one of your major. Submitting Your Official Transcripts and Test ScoresPlease submit your official final transcript(s) listing your date of graduation once you have completed high school. If you are attending summer school, arrange to have your official summer transcript sent after you have completed the term. You must also submit your official ACT or SAT Reasoning Test scores, your SAT Subject Test scores and final transcripts from all colleges attended.
In addition, submit the following documents if applicable:
