December
- Check UC application status at www.ucapplication.net/ucap.
- Add UC Davis Undergraduate Admissions to your e-mail safe list: We will send all e-mail communications regarding your application and admission status to the e-mail address that you listed on your application. Don’t miss any! Please add us to your e-mail address book today, and check your e-mail regularly.
- Last
chance to take the ACT Plus Writing test or SAT Reasoning test and two SAT SubjecttTests. We strongly
recommend
that all testing be completed by the December test dates to be considered with your application.
- Make a file folder
for all notices you receive from the UC Undergraduate Application Processing
Service and UC Davis Undergraduate Admissions.
January-February
- Check your application status at MyAdmissions after being notified that UC Davis received your application.
- Apply for financial aid between January 1 and March 2 at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
- Apply for the UC Davis Cal Aggie Alumni Association (CAAA) Leadership Scholarship by February 1.
- Submit GPA verification form for
Cal Grants eligibility to the
California Student Aid Commission by March 2. Forms are available
from the UC Davis Financial Aid office or your high school
counselor.
- Receive Student Aid Report (SAR) confirming FAFSA received; immediately reply to any requests for additional information.
- Notify UC Davis Undergraduate Admissions of any changes in your academic courses or performance (grade less than C). Please use MyAdmissions to notify us and include an explanation for the changes.
- Notify UC Davis Undergraduate Admissions of any changes in your e-mail address, mailing address and permanent address using MyAdmissions.
March
- Decision notifications begin in mid-March. Log in to MyAdmissions to view your admission decision. If you are admitted, submit your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) online by May 1 and complete your required pre-enrollment transactions.
