You may use ASSIST to search for courses at your current college that are equivalent to UC Davis courses. You must complete all required courses if they are offered at your current college. If they are not offered at your college, you must complete them after enrolling at UC Davis.


Communication

You must earn an overall transfer GPA of 2.80 or higher to be a competitive candidate for admission. An overall transfer GPA of 2.90 or higher is required to qualify for a Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG). Courses must be taken for a letter grade and you must earn a GPA of at least 3.00 for the following course group, with no grade less than "C."

  • Anthropology 4 or Linguistics 1
  • Psychology 1
  • Sociology 1
  • Statistics 13

International Relations

You must earn an overall transfer GPA of 2.80 or higher to be a competitive candidate for admission. An overall transfer GPA of 2.90 or higher is required to qualify for a Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG). Courses must be taken for a letter grade and you must earn a GPA of at least 3.00 for the following course group, with no grade less than "C."

  • Economics 1B
  • Anthropology 2 or Economics 1A
