UC Davis offers a variety of student housing options both on-campus and in the Davis community. Our community is student-focused, friendly and reasonably priced.
As a student entering UC Davis, you're guaranteed a year of housing when you meet all required campus deadlines. Freshmen and transfer students under the age of 24 will be offered a space in the residence halls, and transfer students 24 and over will be offered a space in an off-campus apartment.
After the first year, students typically live in one of our on-campus apartments or in the city of Davis. Most housing is within easy biking distance of campus, and our student-run Unitrans bus system serves the entire city, so most off-campus housing is within a few blocks of a bus stop! |
