The Colleges at La Rue and Primero GroveTransfer students who are 24 years and older will be referred to privately managed apartment complexes on university land: The Colleges at La Rue and Primero Grove. Just a short walk from our central campus are The Colleges at La Rue and Primero Grove. The Colleges offers one- to four-bedroom apartments. Primero Grove consists of studios and one- to four-bedroom apartments. Both communities offer convenience, security and comfort, while providing a study-friendly environment and a social network for continuing undergraduate students. Students without dependents are invited to apply to The Colleges at La Rue Living and Learning Community, which focuses on leadership and professional development and has a growing transfer community. Russell ParkDesigned for students with children, the Russell Park apartments offer a choice of one-, two- or three-bedroom units at competitive rates. Safe playground areas, planned family activities, and a central study room accommodate your needs as a student and a parent. Like The Colleges at Rue and Primero Grove, Russell Park is a privately managed complex on university land. Orchard and Solano ParkMarried students, domestic partners, and students with children can contact Student Housing to be placed on a list for opportunities in university-operated housing complexes. Named for their park-like settings with spacious lawns and shade trees, Orchard Park and Solano Park apartments offer a choice of one- to two-bedroom units for student families.
