We are committed to engaging our undergraduates in the discovery process, whether it happens in a laboratory, in the field, at an art studio, or on stage. More than half of all UC Davis students work on a research or creative project with a faculty member in the course of their undergraduate education. Our students make a societal impact when they take what they've learned and share it with the campus, local community, and world. Recent student contributions include developing sustainable technology solutions to help solve sanitation issues in Uganda, creating one of the world's largest wikis and managing student-run community health clinics.
