Preview Day—Saturday, October 20, 2012

We understand that choosing a university is one of the most important decisions you'll make. Please join us at UC Davis Preview Day 2012! Let us introduce you and your family to the undergraduate experience at our campus.

Preview Day, a free informational program for prospective students, their parents and school counselors, will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2012. Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Get to know UC Davis on a student-led campus walking tour.
• Speak with advisers from academic departments at the Majors & Activities Fair.
• Talk with current students about life at UC Davis.
• Learn about academic opportunities offered by each of our four colleges.
• Enjoy lunch in one of our residence hall dining commons, or at popular student gathering spots on and around campus.
• You'll also have the chance to learn about admissions, financial aid and advising resources at information sessions throughout the day.

Registration

Registration for Preview Day will open in September.

Flights and Places to Stay

Sacramento International Airport is just 20 minutes outside of Davis. If you're planning on spending the night, there are many hotels and inns located in Davis, including the Hyatt Place on campus. You may also choose an overnight stay in Sacramento to experience our state's capital city, which is only a short 15–minute drive to campus.
